Prayers

Hi everyone! I go into surgery on May 25. I need your prayers. I have had a difficult day. My family lives 3 hours away from me. I got a call this morning that my father had a heart attack. I took off and went to him. I just returned. Please, please pray for him. Not sure if I want to have this surgery and my father not feeling well. I don't need something else to worry about. Please pray for him. I can't lose him. Take care Christina

Christina, I will be praying for both you and your father. I would encourage you to stay with your surgery date unless your father gets really bad. This is really important to you and the health of YOUR future. You will be a much greater help to your father if you are healthy. Just keep praying...it is the most powerful thing that we can do to help each other. Have you ever heard that saying "Let go and Let God"? I keep doing this in my life when the "fix" is so far beyond my human abilities. Just trust in him to work everything out. Blessings to you and your family! Carolyn

Christina- You and your father will definitely be in my prayers! I am sure you are feeling down. Please if at all possible, do not cancel your surgery. This is your chance for a healthy new you. Only you can make this choice. If he is in good hands and recovering you should feel ok to go on with surgery. Lots of prayers for you both.
