Encouragement
On a daily basis we compare who we are and measure our life against the person next to us. Yes they may have a Lexus and you have a Ford but that doesn't make anyone more than anyone else. Because think that person next to you is beautiful and skinny but they could have the worst home life ever. That woman or man in that beautiful car could be garaging it in a slum. We are all beautiful fat or skinny, short or tall, pear shaped, apple shaped, or just no shape at all. When your knees hurt just think that God wants you on them to be closer to him. When your back hurts he wants you to stretch and call to him Oh My God! So these little aches and pains that you have are just his way of getting your to pay him some attention.
