New date 5/21 Atlanta Medical Center.....

Okay so not only did I get a tooth pulled yesterday but I also got my new date 5/21 at 7:30am. I am glad my surgeon didn't make me wait til a new week, but am a little surprised that he is doing me on a Friday, guaranteeing him some work on the weekend. I guess he's just trying to get me in quickly since he had to reschedule me at the last minute. He's such a nice guy. So anybody else going to be at Atlanta Medical Center the 21st?

Monica I happy for you new surgery date. Sorry about the change but death happens. I hope to see you on the losing side. Congratulations. I read your profile and it was amazing that we are the same height and preop weight.

Thanks Nita... how are you feeling by the way? What do you think has been the hardest thing for you since surgery?

Monica I am feeling great! I think that the hardest thing for me is water. You have to sip, sip, and sip some more to get it all in. Also I love ice cold water but your new pouch doesn't. The cold water can make it spasm and that does not feel good. What I do is get it as cold as I want it and then I just hold the liquid in my mouth a few seconds so that I can get the cold sensation and also warm the liquid at the same time.
