Insurance Can drive a person nuts......

Hello, My name is Dona and I am schedule to have surgery on May 24th In Billings Montana...The insurance Company however is waiting til the last minute to decide, I have complied with everthing they want and still the long drawn out wait, everyone is sure they are going to approve, but why put a person through all this I have been so restless waiting and I am sure I drive the clinic crazy with all my phone call, but I feel if I don't stay on top of them who will I think they like to make you sweat it out, if they only knew what we are going through maybe they might think twice(NOT) Any way I just needed to vent...Hope evey one that is having surgery today is kept safe and everything goes well...Good Luck to you all
