Surgery Canceled

Hi Everyone, Had to go see my Reg. Doctor today. Had a fever and he took some X-rays and it showed Pneumonia in 4 different places in my left lung. I'm so sad. Surgery was canceled. Talked with the Scheduler and she said if I'm OK for surgery in two weeks then she can get me back on the calendar for mid to late July. Thank you for your Prayers. I'm still praying for all you May Surgery People. You will all be in my heart for a very long time. Jean

Hi Jean, Just remember that everything happens for a reason... and that if God leads you to something He is going to see you through it. You will be in my prayers for this pneumonia to leave your body and that you will soon be strong enough to have this surgery... but the thing to remember is that this is all in His timing, and there is a reason you are not supposed to be in surgery when you originally thought... so keep your chin up and get well and know that you are being prayed for and that everything will work out the way it is supposed to!! Jean, I am so sorry to hear that you got sick!!! Get lots of rest!! We were scheduled for the same day, but now you have to wait. There was a reason behind it all. Your day will come, and it will be very soon! Just take it easy, and get well!!!! Tricia

Jean, as soon as I saw your post title, I felt ! I know you've been fighting to get well, and many of us have been praying for you. But it's as another poster said - God may have made things this way right now for a reason. (Heck, I'm finally understanding that God may have had me battling with my ins. co. for a reason. Don't know what that reason is, but... ) I will continue to pray for your health to improve, and for you to get back on the schedule books for surgery soon. Take care!

Oh Jean, I can only imagine the disappointment you must feel right now. But, as many others have said, "Everything happens for a reason." I sure hope that you get well from the pneumonia quickly. You are certainly in my prayers and I hope this journey will fall into place for you soon. Christie

Jean I am so sorry to hear you have Pneumonia as well as having to cancell you surgery. I am glad you caught it though, because if you had your surgery done you might have had complications. I wish you a speedy recovery and you are in my prayers! We will see you on the loosing side with open arms. I also have a question for you. I notice you live in Nashwauk MN. Would you happen to know a John Robert Lofquist? Last I knew he lived on RR1 in Nashwauk. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thank you and god bless you.
