Surgery Scheduled this Friday

I cant believe that it is almost here. Only one more day to eat what I want and then I start on the liquid diet. I am nervous and scared but happy and excited too! My main concern was being able to pick up my son and him walking from one area to another. The Lord answered my prayers when the lil guy started walking less than 1 1/2 weeks ago. He is pretty good at it now. He shuffles around like he is dancing most days. It really makes me smile. I start my Lovenox in the morning and then there is no stopping me-except for a high INR. But I am sure that will not be the case as I plan on having some green veggies or things high in vitamin k tommorrow. I leave for my conference in the morning so everyone who is having surgery in the next few days-good luck and I am praying for you speedy recovery. Congrats! -Gerriann surgery scheduled 5/14/04

I know you will be fine. I want to thank you for your response and let you know I will be in prayer for you. Please let me know how you are and if youre up to it e-mil me all the ghoulish details. I just am so afraid of the "after the surgery", not the actual procedure.Keep in touch.

I'll will be in the same boat as you on Friday. I am also scheduled for surgery that day. I will keep us both in my prayers that we do well. Maybe we can be surgery buddies and chat after. Congratulations and be well. Angie
