please preay for me , my date is just around the corner. I'm told 12:30 on tues may 11. i am starting to get nervous

i have to pack my bag get groceries yet, etc i also had to make arrangements for my 4 kids, i can only say i have the best mom in the world!

i wish so much i didnt have to work at all tomorrow, i am leaving at noon, but i still have so much to do my husbands work will not let him off to be with me, isn't that law? FMLA? he works in security for the college here. well, its late, gott go

Good Luck! Maybe this is the way it should be...so busy and all...because when it's so busy, it gets our mind off of the surgery. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Good luck to you Teresa. My mom just had her surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago and I was really surprised at how smoothly everything went. She bounced back pretty quickly too. I will have you in my thoughts and prayers and I am sure you will do fine. I will be very excited to read about your progress as you go. To answer your other question about your husband's time off, yes it is the law and it does fall under FMLA. My husband is a correction officer and filled out the papers for his time off last week. I work for a college and have never heard of such a thing. Maybe he can come down with a "cold" the day of your surgery?
