Monday Surgery and home yesterday!

Got discharged yesterday (Wednesday) and so glad to be home. I feel GREAT! The nurses said I went into surgery with a smile, and woke up in recovery with a smile! I'm so happy to be on the losing side! Have to be on liquids for one week, and then start with an egg. My doctor does not believe in protein drinks (thank God). Congratulations and I'm glad you are tolerating the pain ok. I can't wait to join you May 13th! How will you get enough protein in without the drinks? (Just curious)
