High blood pressure scare!

I went to my pcp to find out that my blood pressure is 160/109 not good a week before surgery(5/14/04) .I was put on medication set up for yet another test(catherization) .i will have the test done on 5/7/04 .keep me in your prayers that every thing turns out right and that next friday i will be joining the losing team........

Hi Regina, I have High Blood pressure to and I'm taking meds for it. It's no problem for Surgery. Blood pressure normally drops during Surgery so you will be fine. Good Luck and hope you have a speedy recovery. Jean
