You can do it . I've been on ALL LIQUIDS since April 28th and my Surgery is May 12th. This is what my Surgeon requires me to drink. I'm drinking 5pkg. of Carnation Instant Breakfast (no sugar added) with 8 to 10oz. of 2% Milk, with a scoop of Protein in each one. 24oz. or more of Beef, Chicken or Veg Broth, low salt kind. I get it in the soup section of the store and it's in a 32oz. carton. Sugar Free Jello 3 times a day. 3 Sugar Free Popsicles a day. And as much water as you want. I haven't felt hungry at all. But I do know what a underfilled water bed feels like . It first I sloshed when I walked . I can have weak de-caf coffee too. My first CIB in the morning I heat the milk and it's just like hot Choc. After the first one of the day I fill up a glass with 8 oz. of Milk and put it in my freezer. After afew hours I take and put it in my Blender with the CIB and protein and blend with 3 more oz. of Milk. It's the best tasting Milk Shake you can have . I hope this helps you.
