my insurance said that they will cover the surgery as long as it is deemed medically neccessary. They didn't say anything about having documentation of medically supervised diets. I don't have any of that anyways. So i'll will probably be denied right?

Hi Monica, You may be OK for Surgery if your Doctor and Surgeon says you need it badly. The bigger the reason the better odds you will have. Good Luck. Jean
