I'm from MN too. Stock up on Sugar Free Jello, Sugar Free Popsicles, Chicken Broth, Beef Broth (low salt if you can find it). And if your Dr. wants you on Carnation Instant Breakfast no sugar added. I have to be on the above 2 weeks before my surgery and 4 weeks afterward. Most Dr.'s are different. Good Luck and Best Wishes for a fast recovery.
