MAY 7th........what a wondrous day it will be!!!

Hi! I am having surgery May 7th and I am both excited and nervous at the same time. Not about the specific procedure, just the fact that I have never had any surgery before. Havin other stories and people to listen to is a great help! Thanks everyone!! Robin

May 7th WILL be an awesome day for us both. I feel exactly the same way. This is so eerie. I too am a surgery newbie. The closest I have ever come to anything remotely like this is an epidural for my back (No real comparison I'm sure). We'll have to stay in touch with each other! Charles

Wow. I didn't know so many people would have the same surgery date. It makes me feel better just knowing there are others out there doing the same thing on that day. Good luck and God Bless

Hey Robin, My surgery is May 4th. I haven't had surgery either, unless having my tonsils out when I was 5 years old counts. I've heard some people talk crazy stuff when they are coming out of anesthesia. Should be interesting to see if I have anything strange to say. Best of luck to you on your surgery. Karen

Robin, May 7th is my surgery date also!! WOOHOO!!!!!!! I have had 3 surgeries in the past, and each were like snowflakes, very different. I just went in with the most positive attitude that I could have and all 3 worked out so well and I healed perfectly. I'm going to use the same formula for this surgery as well!!
