It has Been a While ...

Hello Everyone ! Well , it has been almost 2 years and 5 months since I came here and had this surgery . I am still down 200 pounds .. maintaining , but I tell ya .. it is getting harder and harder . I can see the scales sometimes go up .. then I have to adjust my protein .. and calories to loose the pound or 2 that I see .. it really freaks me out sometime . Well ... in the last 5 months I have met the man of my dreams .. I am preparing to get married next year . But I have some health issues to get over before then . I was diagonosed with a fast growing tumor this year on my adrenal gland . I will be going into the hospital on November 13th .. and surgery on the 28th .. this is 4 whole weeks in the hospital . I am working now to up my protein so I will heal well . I miss seeing everyone post .. but that is the nature of the boards huh .. we lost the weight now we are busier than all get out . I changed my profile .. updated some pics .. if you want to see most are at the bottom .. it has been a great 2 years and 5 months .. and I am so thankful that I did this ..
