I'm right there with you Mary. While the scale says I haven't gained more than 6 pounds, my body looks and feels like I've gained 20! The past few months I have really let my diet develop into junk and I haven't exercised in months. Logically I know this is my problem but I'm having a hard time getting motivated to do something about it.
You're not alone - I just wish I knew what to tell you to help!

Oh my I am in that boat. I have gained about 10 also. I think cuz my scale is broke and I am not weighing anymore. That is a no no I know. I hate it. I was down to 135 lbs and that was to small for me. I looked horrible I like being at 140. Now I am at 150 how that sucks. so I am trying to go back on the no carb and lots of protien and water diet. I cant believe I am saying diet but I feel like that. I am just trying to eat better..
