Congratulations!!! I am 7 months post-op and I have lost 85lbs. From 284 to 199, a size 24 to a 16!! It really is a Happy New Year isn't it guys and gals!!!!!

I'm now down 85 pounds. I have slowed down some. I am averaging about 5 pounds a month. Thats ok because I'm a bag of skin and I want it to hopfully catch up some. I feel great and can eat just about anything. That does have a draw back though. I can eat small amounts of sugar with no problem and I shouldn't . The holidays are hard. I have developed a taste for baking that I never had before. My husband is enjoying that. For his birthday this year I am going to have a Glamour Shot taken.

Great Job Everyone! I had my surgery on 5/15/03 and as of today.. 12/10/03 I have lost (forever) 140lbs. I feel great better then I have in a very long time.... I can not remember when I was this size before. Everything is easier to do... The best feeling is being able to fit into any seat that I want... Wether it is at the Movies, Resturants, Sporting Events, before I use to have to show up at least a half of an hour early so that I could pick out a seat were I wouldn't be in the way... Now it really doesn't matter......! Keep up the good work everyone.....!

Dec. 12 will be 7 months since surgery and i'm down 132 pounds cool huh. on problem is my sugar is dropping but im off to mexico for 3 weeks of rest and relaxation so that well help see ya'll when and or if i come back.
