My surgery was may 12, 2003 and i am down 133 pounds keep up the good work.

It has been 8 Months since i had ny surgery and i have lost 133 pounds i fell great. I can't set for more than 5 minutes i'm up and moving. My husband loves the new me. I're lives have changed so much. We spent 3 weks in Mexico, I walked every where. didn't get tired at all. I ate refired beans till i thought i was one. Went back to my doctor on the 15th of this month he was very happy doesn't won't to see me for another 6 months. sorry i havent written but i can't set still long. hope everyone else is doing good write me back and let me know. oh yea i am freezing to death. I ahve lost a person and i stay cold.

1/25/04 It has been 8 months since I had my surgery. I have lost 87 pounds so far and I'm down from a size 24 to a 14. I feel great! I thought I would never again feel this good. I have so much energy, I'm able to do all the things I wanted to do for so long. My doctor was Dr. Troy Lamar and I thing he did a magnificent job. Although, at my last visit, I did get a scolding for not taking my vitamins daily. I have to keep in mind that it is very important for this type of surgery.

I had surgery MAy 20/03 and officially have lost 138 pounds according to my drs scale.
I am 5'9 and have gone from a 4x all around to a 16/18 pant (or 17 Juniors

Hello everybody! It has been eight months since my surgery. I have lost 107 pounds with weight still dropping about a pound a week. I have gone from a size 46 pants to a size 34. Shirt size 3X to large. Isn't this surgery the best! Good luck to everyone.

I am trying although it may be early. I have written a 6 page appeal letter to the insurance comapny. They say their is an exclusion but it is so vague you can't find it. You are still the hottie though. I even thought about Costa Rica where it is a lot cheaper but I worry about post op care etc.

Great job everyone...! Sounds like everyone is doing very very well... I had surgery on May 15, 2003 and I have loss 145 pounds from 406 to 261. Not really sure about clothes sizes I really haven't bought that many new clothes yet... but I really need too...! Just keep tighten up the belt have to make my own holes now. keep up the good work every one.....
