Hey there--- I understand. The weight loss is such a high-- if only it continued--- and if the body looked fabulous without plastic surgery! I have stopped too-- at 80% of my target loss.... My suggestion-- focus on fitness-- keep a diary-- get some make up and clithes and work on feeling good abou yourself! Bless you sweetie !

Stephanie, I had my surgery the day after yours and have hit a killer plateau. I just wanted you to know that you were not alone. I'm so glad to see that your weightloss has picked up again. Take care, Claudia

I hadn't lost weight in a while either and decided to keep track of everything I ate and my exercise. For each meal I keep track of the calories, carbs, protein, water, and time. Exercise is counted in minutes. At the bottem of the page I have a running total. My process kinda reminds me of weighwatchers points as I am allowing myself so many calories, carbs, protein, and water each day and when that is up, I have to stop or in the case of water, can't stop until I have enough. What I noticed is that I was nibbling too often and having way too many carbs and not enough****er and protein. I thought I had been doing well but the proof is in the writing. I lost five pounds in the first five days and feel so much more energetic without having so many carbs. Maybe something like this could work for you.
