Yippeee....I've finally lost a hundred pounds!! For the last three months I couldn't seem to hit the hundred pound loss for nothing. Then this morning I stepped on the ole scales, and there it was 140 on the nose! I just burst into tears and cried for joy! I have wanted to shout to the world all day about my goal. Good for you Lisa! The last several months the weigh seems to come off SOOOooo slow! I want to lose another 10 to 15 pounds - but am about 7 from my dr's goal. I hope that is off before my anniversary in May - but ... who knows at the rate I'm going now! *LOL* I sent my application for EXTREME MAKEOVERS this week!
