weight loss...past 5 yrs or 10

Just read some of your posts about gaining weight.
When the newness wears off you forget what you were taught.
No graising, no carbonated drinks,
Nothing higher in sugar than 14-16 grams.
Drink water 1/2 hr before you eat.
Always remember, protein, protein, protein!
I know some of that protein is just plain nasty, if you don't that's how you gain weight.
Plan your menu.
I'm 13 yrs out as of May.
