Well, tomorrow is the day. I pray all goes well for you. This liquid free diet is going to drive me crazy.
I was reading some of your previous posts and it sure seems like you have been doing everything you are supposed to already. I am having sime trouble nailing down some of the behaviors. I'll get it together.

I too will be having surgery on April 25th. I am very excited and nervous. I also keep wondering if I am doing the right thing. I guess these are typical worries.
How are you doing on Opti-Fast? Today is day 3 and I would kill for something to eat! I am down 4.5 lbs though (started at 216.5). I wonder if that is too much?

No Opti-fast here. I am supposed to do 1 week of the pre-op diet. I have to replace 2 meals with a high protein low carb shake and have a lean cuisine or weigh****chers frozen meal for dinner. the meal cannot have beef or any starches like potatoes or pasta.
I am going to just have the 3 shakes a day. I use a vanilla almond flavored protein isolate that has 30 grams of Protein along with ice and a sugar free almond milk and throw it into the blender. I also drink about a gallon of water every day.
I have also stayed busy doing the water aerobics and using my treadmill.
