haha, I'm sure you didn't even notice, but I went on a long weekend and didn't get my laptop out once. That's a first. It was a great trip, I even did my shakes but it wa**** or miss on my vites. Bad girl, bad, bad girl. Did some hiking and got to show my kids the farm life that I grew up on. It was really wonderful.  Hope everyone is well , especially the first week of April-ers, since its our 3 month surgiversary.  I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow!!

I do the Wisconsin Turkey snack stick they are yummy and really filling. I do lf cheese sticks, deviled eggs/hardboiled egg, i just bought some turkey pepperoni haven't tried it yet thanks to the poster ahead of me. Tuna on some wheat cracker, Dip veggies in ranch/greek yogurt dip .. I love dips those are my snacky thing so that replaces the old pretzels n chip dip .. veggies n hummus I prefer the garlic lovers.

My 3 months will be this month. I've had my ups and downs. just like everyone else. ive hit stalls, ive eaten a bit of crappy food.. but living and learning. SW was 300 CW is 255
For the most part i am still trying to slow down while eating. when supper comes around i still have a habit of eating waaaaay to fast, then by the time my brain register i am soo full it hurts.
I am also struggling with drinking before/after meals. i now this is key, but i'm trying.Some days i get all my fluids in, some days not. i have to keep a water bottle with me at all times or i won't remember i should be drinking it.  Recently (yesterday) i just noticed that i have been taking elemental calcium carbonate and not citrate, oops. Which i think is the cause of the night time leg cramps (charlie horses) i have been suffering everynight.
I work in the oilpatch as a medic, and my job is sitting ALL day 12-16hrs waiting in case someone gets hurt, it makes for long nights early mornings and little exercise. i try and get to the gym when i can, but doesnt happen very often when i am working. i eat all day it seems like. every 2-3 hours i am hungry... i gave up on protein shakes and have opted out for 2 low cal/sugar/carb high protein bars instead. Most days i get all my protein in. I eat alot of fruit (nectarines, watermelon, oranges) not sure if were supposed to, but i can't go without. love the stuff. I have a hard time with steak. i think its too dense for my stomach. ive thrown up a few times from it. ive discovered "slider" food, and realized how much of them i can eat.. and try and stay away from them.
So far i have gona from a 28/32 3/4X down to a 20/22 1/2X. I have to move my seat up closer when i am driving, i can wear a seatbelt now and i can actually see the seat between my legs. i want to do more things..and am more active. i bought a bicycle, i think i have regained some self esteem/confidence. i wake up feeling better. i can keep up with my nieces. i can fit in booths, not soo worried about breaking chairs. i actually wore a tank top without covering my arms (still working on the shorts, i got some pretty huge legs/cankles i dont like yet). I have went down 10 coveral sizes at work.. i am not always the fattest person in the room anymore.. Sex is better. i think my pubic area has actually shrunk and i can almost see it :) lol. my feet have shrunk, i have had to buy new shoes. im not breathless after a flight of stairs, and i have almost cured myself of sleep apnea (on the lowest setting) and high blood pressure. I had to get my ring taken in twice from a size 12 finger to a 7.
OOh there is soo much...and soo much more to come. i am soo freakin excited. I still get the fear that one day it will stop..and i just won't lose anymore..but each wee****ep proving myself wrong. this is going to be a long journey and i still have a 100lbs-ish to go, but am just gona keep on keepin. :)
