well im sure they will be great, the tomato would be great with some basil or chilli... mine was veg, I didnt mix properly so it was all lumpy! then last night I over mixed it and it was frothy savoury milk shake... not good, but I did add piri piri sauce into it so the taste was better but tonight i will make sure I dont put the blender on so long!
1 of the other OH family members posted that after 3 days it gets easier, well day has been much easier for me, even left my drinks in the car at work, so I bought a slimfast drink, only had 2 drinks all day.... what a difference!

My surgery was yesterday and I started a low carb diet for 1.5 and clear liquid for 5 days. Its just sxomething you have to go through and show yourself you cna do it. Stick to the diet, its worth it. He told me how well I did, he could tell from my liver.

I'm in pain but it gets better and better every hour. I just took a shower and a walk and feel pretty good considering the major surgery I just have.

He did a ds which is a vsg and bypass the intestines, took my gallbladder and appendix out.

Just remember why you are doing this! That is what is getting me through the day!

Im on 20th also but I only have 2 days liquid to do. Now we are countdown--15 days and counting from today !!!

I am going to look for the V8 to see about having it for my 2 days. Are you all packed? What kind of vitamins do you take and have you started taking them already as I havent. Do we need to take calcium or anything else?
