Go to the People and select Upcoming Surgery Dates and it wil give you some options but you can select April 2010. If it takes you to this forum try it again because it easy to pick the wrong one do it again.

We are glad to have you back. I have surgery on Monday and I hope they don't forget my meds for depression. It's good that you are doing so well.

Are you Latin? I was born in Puerto Rico however my Spanish is not so good.

Topic: all i wanna do is sleep - post op

I am currently post op day 3 and I haven't taken a pain med since 6 this morning. Yet all I wanna do is sleep, I'm forcing myself toeat and walk to the kitchen and such but other than that I'm either in bed asleep or on the couch asleep.

My back is killing me... from either the position I'm sleeping because I can't get too comfy or from all this gas pain... or both

I don't like it! Lol

And omg the gas pain is horrible. Someone take it away

I went for the first time this morning.and multiple times thru the day, I'm still really gassy and rumbly in the tummy. That's the part I wish would go away!! I was using gas x to releave some of it and that worked a bit. Gasx thin strips

My surgery is also April 19th started the liquid diet , have to be on it for 2 weeks also.

hi i am back , i had my surgery Tuesday at 1:30to 3;30 they broth me to my room at 5pm. the first night was very Paine full .wendsday i Had a bad head ak and Nashua,no matter what i couldn't make it go away,Thursday night my husband realized that the hospital wasn't giving me my pristique (my depression med)and that was the source of my head ake and Nashua.
i have been drinking a lot go to the bathroom and feel a lot better in general, still Little sore in my belly but that is normal.i am glad to be on the other side at last

I can't wait =) Not nervous, just plain old EXCITED!! Who ever think they'll be HAPPY to have surgery is what a friend asked me. I don't know...I guess I'm weird =)
