Just curious what everyones meal plan includes...
Breakfast ill have carnation instant breakfast
Crystal lite between
Lunch creamy soup or broth.. I can't eat a lot
Crystal lite between this
Maybe a popsicle
Dinner protein shake. Nectar, crystal lite, and water
Maybe pudding or jello
Crystal lite until bed
I don't think I'm getting enough protein tho

I've been thinking about food for a few days. There was a pizza commercial on earlier I think I was salavating lol. My growls I think are just gas, which I have a lotttttt of.

Hi,, Im 5 days post op and feeling much better. Im on liqiuids until follow up with doc April 23rd. Im still sore and having trouble staying comfortable at night but overall much better. My question is with the VSG how long befor your appetite/desire to eat goes away. I dont really feel hungry but my stomach growls and i still think about eating some foods.?

Good idea with the Benefiber. I will ask my doc. I do have some none flavored Fibercon. Wonder if that will work..hmmmmm

This is the date of my surgery also. I can't wait either. I have a whole bucket of clothes from the days of my youth that were the clothes that I hoped to someday be able to fit into. Now it looks as if that may now happen!!! Good luck to you. Keep in touch
