Still I am in better health by far than I was 4 months ago. This probably sounds silly but I feel great when I am not sick. So this is just a bump in the road and it will be fixed. I am going to the Med-Mart to rent one of those chairs that help you stand. I got one 3 days after my RNY and it was a life saver.

I have lost a total of 50.5 inches : waste :-12 ; neck:-2 ; bicep:-1.5 ; chest :-13.5 ; hip :-10 ; thigh: -7.5 and calf : -4.
I went from a size 32 to a 24(almost 22,I can put it on but is to tight lol)on the bottom and a size 5X (not all the models only some of them) to 3X and very soon to 2X.
I am very happy of the result to date and can't Waite to get to my goal of 190 and maybe less.
I hope you feel better soon. A month ago I contracted a stomach bug that put me in the hospital. Docs all thought it was surgery related, but it ended up being just a bug. BUT, my WLS surgeon ordered an endoscopy which did find a very small stricture. It was a 10 min procedure; I was out the whole time; no pain; simple. Now I can eat meat if I chew it up real good. Before the procedure, I would get food stuck all the time; I threw up several times a week. I was amazed how this simple procedure changed my life. Oh, and the flu just ran its course.

I don't count calories but protein and carbs.
I stay at 50 carbs a day and over 100 protein.
I try to work out 5 days a week. I'm doing C25K 3 days a week and elliptical/bike two days a week. I am trying to add strength training but its hard for me to stick with it.
Remember we all lose at different rates. Just do what you should and it will come off.

Yes I am losing WONDERFULLY!! (Due to my starting to exercise)
The daily averages I never count those...
I exercise four times a week on my treadmill for 2 miles at a comfortable pace...
My appetite is coming back too girl!! And I do not dump so I do indulge every blue moon, nothing wrong with that. I am still losing steadily, and skinny people indulge at times! You are doing so good on your weight loss! Congrats!

Daily Avg % Protein: 42%
Daily Avg % Fat: 30%
Daily Avg % Carbs: 28%
How often do you exercise and for how long: 2-3 times per week, 20 min bike, 0.5 mile walk and bowflex (eight exercises, 3 reps of 10 each)
I'm asking because I've noticed I can eat a bit more now and my appetite is coming back. At the same time my weight loss has just slowed a bit and I'm wondering if I'm consuming too much for how far out I am.
