Topic: RE: 4 mos out...STILL VOMITING DAILY! HELP!
Well I went in to my surgeon who sent me for a EGD, they found I have a complete stricture. He opened me to 2mm and I go back on the 24th for another opening. The  procedure itself was easy the hard part is being back on clear liquids all the time. I know eventually it will all be just fine.

Congrats to you!!! That is so awesome! We are just about the same weight right now, though I have lost less. I'm trying to really focus on the exercise so I have muscles and more muscles.
Enjoy all of your newfound sizes and all of the compliments!

Topic: Hello JUNIORS department!!!
Went shopping a few days ago for the 2nd time in the JUNIORS dept at Macy's! Took advantage of the denim sale and got a couple much needed pairs of jeans for chhhhheap. Happily, I can wear a juniors 13 and some 11s. Sadly, at 29 (nearly 30) this is the FIRST time I can remember shopping in juniors. I remember going from kids to womens...seriously...I think I may have worn juniors sizes for a day... Its all very unbelievable and exciting... My BMI is 28 and Ive never felt better. DIscovered my vomiting issue was due to a "smaller than average pouch"... it healed up a little smaller...no prob! lol

Wanted to share my excitement. I am at 178...changed my goal to 170 from 180. I can do a juniors 11/13, or womens 10/12, m/l depending on brands etc. Bought a cute sweatsuit to lounge in at Victoria's Secret in a MEDIUM!!!!!! I almost fainted...literally. Best part was I had a large and the sales girl was ringing me up and I asked her if they shrink, she said no and then said "if this is for you, the large will be too big"...I couldve kissed her hahaha
Good luck to everyone on your journeys!

Topic: RE: Survey about calories
Hi-

I am 15 weeks out:

Current weight is 327; down from 416

Average 5lbs per week

Calories: 500-650 daily

Protein: 50-60 grams  ( I should get more)

I swim a few times a week but because of serious post-op complications, my exercises has been put on hold until September.

I too recently thought my hunger was returning so I talked with the nutritionist.  He said that it was more likely that I was not feeling a sensation of fullness versus actual hunger.  Not sure if that is true but psychologically it is working for me!  LOL.

Oh My gosh!!!  You can't win for losing eh?  I am so happy to hear that you do feel great *some* of the time ....having a lot of those excess pounds gone does make a HUGE difference.

I just moved from Michigan to Georgia.  Been here 3 weeks.  I honestly don't know how I could've pulled it off with the 70 lbs on me that I have lost since April.

I wish you the BEST OF LUCK and I hope this will be the last bump in the road for you!!!!!!  XOXO

Topic: RE: Whats Everyone Eatin These Days?!
Well, I do the chicken, bbq sauce, coke thing at least one day a week. Do grilled chicken one day, usually a roast with carrots and potatos. I'm on a steak kick now. I try to stay away from bread and white starches but I usually make them for my family and just not eat it. Meatballs spagetti, I just eat the sauce and meatballs instead of the pasta.

I love shrimp too so eat that usually one day a week.

Pretty much anything just staying away from white stuff.
