I think if you tolerated the egg ok you are alright. If you stopped eating when you were full your pouch should be okay.

I am on the LAST day of my pre-op diet... and the whole thing sucked... day 13 was the fist day it didn't suck... wish I had better news for you... but I will say, that I haven't had the energy to freak out over surgery... I've been too hungry!

Thanks guys...I am going to put the scale away. I have my follow up with my surgeon next week and will see how much I weigh then. The scale will drive me mad.

I live in NE St.Pete :-) ...have my whole life. Well, all except 3 years in Orlando when I moved up there to be with my hubby, but I couldn't wait to get back. :-)

I had a lot of pain after surgery but I haven't had any problem with gas, drinking, getting my vitamins in or eating. I can take two large swallows of water at one time and eat 2 ounces easily.
I am not even constipated.
I am actually hungry and I think about foods that are not on our WLS plan now. It's like I am thinking of everything I used to love to eat.
I hope my mind will catch up with my RNY soon.

The pain in my lower back/upper butt hurt more than surgery site; specially being a tummy sleeper anyway. So I quickly learned how to arrange the pillows so I could "fall" into bed on my tummy....but the more I walk, the better it gets. Good luck.

Wow, elliptical? My doc said no for 6 weeks! I have just been walking and walking and walking..Careful you don't injure yourself. But glad your doing so well. Keep posting.
