Regular size. You can add 12 ounces of water and make 6 servings. I also add soluable fiber and an envelope if Miralax. I have been regular everday and there is no extra bulk or flavors to make the pudding mix yucky. I like being able to get all my protein in 3 pudding cups. You can also make the chocolate flavor stronger by adding cocoa powder and a couple of splendas. I am making all kinds of recipes and I might start a cookbook on my profile page.

I had my gall bladder removed 5 years ago and after this surgery had a terrible time but my doctor called in something to help.  I took it for 2 days and have been fine since.

Topic: RE: Weight Stall after a few weeks "WHY Answer"
Essentially it is what is called the starvation diet.  This happened to me pre second WLS, I had a tooth removed, and could not really eat for a few days.  But I really did not lose weight.  My WW leader said my body started storing everything it had because I was not replenishing it.  She said I should have just gotten that full on fat and calories shake to make up for it.   I am suprised that my body has not gone into shock from such a low cal diet right now since I am on liquids for another week.  But I am trying to at least increase that a bit with my protein drink, I get in 25 extra calories and a bit of sugar to make sure I do not have blood sugar dropping.
I have started a blog all of my own for this journey.  Please follow me at www.digitalsheep.org.

Hey Wonderling, do you use the regular size or large size pudding mix? This sounds like a good way to get some protein in for the day. Thanks!!  Zella

Congrats Suz on your surgery I pray that you meet all your weight loss goals..
I have had a cat die on me--he was only 3 and the vet had no idea what happened--he had all his shots and vet visits--that was 6 yrs ago--and i went hysterical as he coughed and dropped dead in front of me..But currently we have 6 cats now ranging from age 2 to age 10--Our Pebbles is 10 and she is overweight and i am so afraid now that she just turned 10 that she will die soon.. Our other cats are normal weight--Pebbles likes people food and chip--my husbands give chips to her and now that we have stopped a little bit giving her people food too much--she has lost weight--but still chubby and the vet is always lecturing us and i told the vet that she sounds like my doctor LOL.
But we love our fur babies don't we?? They are great friends and love us unconditionally...
So congrats again on your weight loss surgery and i pray that your journey is a great one!

Please read the post above "Weigh Stall The Why Answer" something like that topic but I forgot. It explains scientifically the why.

1 chocolate or whatever is your favorite flavor sf pudding
4 scoops of protein (25 grams protein per scoop)
8 ounces of water

Mix and divide into 4 containers. Can be frozen like ice cream.

Topic: RE: surgery 1 week out and just got home
I too went through complications and when the pain was unbearable I had the same thoughts. I am much better now but it took time. I am thinking of you and sending you prayers. Take all the time you need to recover. Don't push yourself to do chores. Walk and rest and repeat.

Topic: RE: Hiccups?

My hospital release instructions say that hiccupping can be a danger sign. If you get anxious please call your doctor.

From my instruction sheet; Persistent hiccups (irritation of the diaphram is a sign of a gastric leak. I think the keyword is persistent.
