So, how many cals, fat and carbs are you taking in daily...for those that are losing steady.
Not sure where my numbers should be. One day I'm lucky to get 700, another day I'm pushing 1100. As for carbs and fat....I have no clue. All I know is that I'm sick of my scale going back and forth. I want some steady loss again.
Any imput would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and if you could add your current weight that'd be good too so I could compare to my own.
