All was well until yesterday

Everything was going just fine until yesterday.  I had been progressing along with the diet phases and then I must have eaten something for lunch yesterday that just did not agree.  I had some cod that had some curry in the sauce. I spent the rest of the afternoon throwing up off and on and having major "pouch" pain & belching.  I did not get my liquids or protein in.  So to start the day today I am sipping on some zero calorie vitamin water, have had a couple saltines just to make sure all has settled down.  Now I am afraid to try to eat anything.  I have a big headache (probably from being dehydrated).  Oh what fun

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. It's good to see that you got back on the program the next day!
This journey reminds me of a roller-coaster ride ;-)

I'm afraid to try new foods too for fear of a negative reaction so I take a small bite then wait awhile to see how I react to the new food. I just started to eat cabs, yes I thought they were a terrible no no until my doctor said " you must eat a balanced meal". Ugh....just getting in the protein and liquids have been hard.

You live and you learn. You'll have those experiences, just use your head and learn from them. I ate breaded chicken THREE times before I realized, hmmm, this might not go well! I'm dense so hopefully you'll learn faster than me!! lol.
