That time of the month

Ok to all the ladies how do you handle that time of the month. So about a week before i start getting the munchies real bad. I used to be able to sit down and eat a whole big bag of peanut m&m's or reeses. I started getting the munchies today. I been snacking on strawberries alot. But i am not feeling full at all. Will more protien help that?

I have a Mirena IUD and haven't had a for real period in like, 2 years since I had it put in!!

Maybe eat some nuts? Cashews, or some of the "healthier" nuts? Peanut M&Ms and Reeses, though chocolate, BOTH have peanut stuff =) Or buy that PB2 stuff from Bell Plantations?

yeah, sick to proteins. Like blue rattie, I haven't had one in 2 years thanks to my friend, Mirena. lol.

Ha - I am just now having my first period since surgery and I have had awful nausea - so I didn't have any munchies this time.  I dread the time I do!!!!!!

i got my friend the day after surgery so i had no munchies i was not feeling good at all, not looking forward to  munchies
