I went to my post op appt yesterday and my doc said I could move on to soft foods but I have to avoid the usual bad foods including celery, spinach (unless its steamed), chicken (because it tends to be dry unless it is in soups), coconut, and fruit containing pulp. YEY! So last night I grilled salmon and it was soooooooo good.. I am wondering if anyone knows of any good recipes, recipe books, or even websites with good recipes.

try chicken in the can....it's like tuna so it's shredded and supposed to be easy to get down.  i get to move on to the next stage tomorrow and was thinking about putting some of that kind of chicken in scrambelled eggs with cheese.  not right away since i am going to start just introducing 1 thing at a time, but that's my goal by mid week.
