Foods
So Monday night/Tuesday I started semi-soft foods.
I've tried cottage cheese, grilled tilapia, and salmon with light mayo. All went really well with no problems! And it felt really good to CHEW food!
I really want some scrambled eggs, but my kitchen is a MESS - thanks (or no thanks) to hubby and not washing dishes in like three weeks!! Hmmm - wasn't my surgery three weeks ago?? =P

omg... I had a scrambled egg w/ broccoli and a tiny slice of swiss on top... it was so yummy. Then for dinner, my husband grilled burgers-- mine was this itty bitty 2oz juicy thing... I couldve eaten it in 3 bites before surgery. lol With some grilled veggies. (He left mine on longer so they were mushier) It feels so good to be able to eat with my family again!!!
