Is anyone else getting this bar across their screen?? I cant get it to go away

I was getting it too! I ran my Norton anti-virus and it went away. I couldn't find a way to get rid of it from the website.

what bar? I've seen posts on the main board about gray ones and the meebo bar. Sorry not much help. I don't see anything...
