finally losing again
Hello there, after one whole week (plus a day or two) I have lost another 2 pounds. I was beginning to feel like the scale was stuck forever, but tried really hard not to obsess about it. Also, I have been writing down everything I eat and keeping track of the protein. Now, I have decided to add a daily goal. Yesterday my goal was not to eat any carbs after dinner. Since I have always struggled with the snackies after dinner, this is a good new habit for me!
