I was wondering the same thing....I'm here! Had my follow-up with surgeon today. I have lost 15# according to them but my home scale shows more. Feeling good. How are you doing?

I pop in now and then.  Just trying to deal each day since surgery. 

I don't want to be a posting hog!! lol. How are you?

Now that I am back to work, I don't have as much time to be online.  I am three weeks out tomorrow, and today was the first day I felt good all day.  I think it is because I finally getting all ( well almost all) my protein in.  Some days it is a real struggle.  Hope everyone is doing well. 

I am doing good! Learning to eat slow has really stopped me from throwing up at every meal... I am totally timing myself and making sure I take at least 20 minutes... Only took 3 wks to realize that I eat wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too fast and it's not what I am eating but HOW I am eating it! Duh! 
Went to a post-op class yesterday that reminded me what to do etc... It was good to have a refresher... Starting out the day with a warm liquid (as was suggested to me by my nut) has really helped..I wasn't doing it everyday and wasn't making the connection that it did make a difference... sometimes I am so dense!! haha

I sleep all day and awake all night. Normally not online though =P I feel my attention span is that of a goldfish currently (they have like a 10 second memory!)
