HELP, Has anyone accidentally drank an EXPIRED Atkins Shake?

Embarrassed to say, I just did drink 1/4 of one.  I am having a little discomfort in abdomen.  Iam six days post surgery and have been doing okay up to now!

I poured it out and it was curdling a bit.  I am taking them back to CVS for exchange or refund, but just drank in about 20 minutes ago and a little worried.

Like expired milk, it may cause a little vomiting or diarrhea but I wouldn't be overly concerned unless there is blood (which probably then wouldn't even be related to a 1/4 expired shake)....

sounds yucky though! I bet you were so mad!

How are you feeling now? If you start to cramp call your doctor. My husband and I ate some expired eggs and we were terribly sick within minutes. You do not want to have your new pouch cramping. If it does start cramping call your doc so he/she  prescribe muscle relaxer.

LUCKILY, I had no reaction, other than fear.  I was relieved to not have had anything happen.  Thank you for your response !
