Week 2 stall??? WTF?!

Ok so I've slowed wayyyy down this wee;. I am starting to miss my 1 wk broth diet... I lost 14 lbs the first week and now,since Tuesday I've only lost 1.5 lbs. What in the world? Ok so I admit I expected it to fall off so quick and be this skinny little thing in a day but I knew that was not realistic...

Question: Could it be cuz I am not eating enough? I am having a hard time getting 3 meals and 2 shakes in. Part of it is cuz I have been sleeping so late and taking naps, part of it is cuz I'm just not that hungry. I make sure what I do eat is high in protein and my shakesare at least 25g each (I make sure to at least get 1 down)

Anyone else? Thanks guys

I asked my nut the same thing. I've been stalled since I got back. He said my body was focused on repairing and isn't in the fat burning stage. He said to be patient. I guess that's what I'll try to do.

Please read the post above "Weigh Stall The Why Answer" something like that topic but I forgot. It explains scientifically the why.
