Ok maybe stupid repeated question

Where do I get those cute lil trackers for my signature?  My brain is so befuddled right now, I am not sure where to look.

If you click on "my account" up in the top right hand corner and then click on the health tracker tab on your settings page, you will see a link that says "go to health tracker"

Click on that, then click the "tickers and widgets" tab and you will see the button to create a tracker!
