April 22 is my new birthday!

 I can't wait!  Today, I am not nervous... I am just excited!  I start my pre-op diet (OptiFast) on April 8th... wish me luck!

Isn't it great to get a date? I fell like you. I don't have any fear or anxiety or fear at all. My surgery is next Monday and with each day I am more excited!

I cheated on my diet on the third day but I didn't cheat anymore. After 3 full days on the diet it gets better.

Thanks for the tip! I have 2 whole weeks to on my diet... so If I jack it up... I hope it is earlier than later!

What a cool way to think of it - your new birthday.  I may use that line too.  
My new birthday is April 20th.. I started my liquid diet today. So far, so good !

I started my Optifast yesterday, thankfully I slept most of the day and am back at work today which was easier... I hated the soup, the strawberry and chocolate shake was lovely and I tend to be more savoury than sweet... my surgery is 17th april, im liquids only for 2weeks!!!! but im sooo excited, great to have every1 on here knowing what we are all going through,,, good luck x
