APRIL 22nd - Dr. Almanza!

No, I'm April 5th in Hermosillo Mexico with Ungson.

My surgery is April 22.  I am having RNY after a failed band. 

Im seeing Almanza but on the 8th.

I am aiming for surgery on the 19th but it may get pushed to the 28th depending on how long it takes for me to get a receipt for my passport application.  I still have some paperwork to gather. 

 I hope you don't have to pu**** back. That would be mental torture for me! LOL! 
When will you know for sure? 

Ideally I'll have all my proof of name change paperwork by the end of this week.  Then I'll go apply at the post office and use my receipt, driver's license and birth certificate to cross into Mexico.  Yeah, if I do need to postpone it will be torture.  I'll keep you  posted.
