The protein powder can be in the form of powdered milk too. My dietician taught mr that. I need to stock up on the fruit juices and other liquids soon. I'm a little bummed-out cuz my lung doctor told me today that he doesn't know if I'll be ready for April 21st surgery. That's more than 3 weeks away and he was basing his opinion on today when he saw me. Yes, I have a bad sinus infection and it has kicked up my asthma but it will get better and it will bw sooner as opposed to later. My primary doc was more positive and had more encouraging words to say.

This is my first post. I am scheduled for April 15th Roux-n-y. I will be going on a liquid diet April 1st but not sure exactly what yet. I too am excited and a little nervous. I live near Washington, DC in Virginia.
Looking forward to chatting with others!
