Oh, darn, didn't think about that. I hope they don't tell me to "pop" my acrylics, I didn't have to for my gall bladder surgery. I guess I'll just get a pedicure and no polish, at least the feet will be "pretty"- if that's even possible,lol.

I would check with your doctor about the pedicure. They may not want nail polish on your toes. This is the case with my doc.

My understanding is that females need to take in 50 grams of protein a day and males need 60 grams of protein. The atkins drinks taste less disgusting than most.
