I am the 16th too! I have been on a weight loss plan from day 1. I had to lose 10% of my body weight to get a date! To date, I am down 25lbs!

Well I just finished my pst and all is clear so today I get to have 3 shakes and 1 bar, and Tomorrow just liquids. I am not really nervous just wondering about the pain. Any thoughts? any advice? wish me well. Question, did anyones husband stay overnight with them in the hospital? Is there any need for him to? What about visitors?
