Topic: Angel reporting for double duty! Jenn and April having surgery on April 21st!

Greetings!

It is my honor to be a surgery angel for two of our OH members and fellow John Muir Medical Group support group members, Jenn and April who will be having their surgery the same day, Tues. April 21st at John Muir in Concord, CA. I am so excited to share in our angelette twins journey! Watch out John Muir, these ladies are gonna be the bestest, they are going to be walk, walk, walking the halls of the hospital together!

Please post your best wishes for these two fantastic ladies and let's load up their surgery pages with best wishes and prayers!

Please scoot over and let's make room for our new "losers" on the "losers bench"!

I'm scheduled for April 28th. I'm nervous, excited, worried... I'm sure its all normal. I can't wait for my rebirth. Its about time.

i too have my surgery on april 28th , two day after my bday. i am sossooooo excited! its down to the wire now, trying to get everything in order befor the big day.

My surgery is scheduled for April 28. I have overcome the hunger for the most part....I really don't think much about food anymore. I do have the problem with the runny stools though...like water really. It started the day after I responded to your post. I think I jinxed myself!!

Had my surgery April 10th. Had a slight set back on monday while still in the hospital. Couldnt keep any food or water down but and had to be taken off everything till wensday. When wensday rolled around i was able to keep everything down. so i finally went home thursday afternoon :)

OMG - yes - I was getting up 2 times during the night I was peeing so much during my liquid diet! Now I'm 1 week post-op and can't get enough liquids in! Those 2 weeks on liquids were the hardest of my whole life, but definitely worth it! You're almost there!
