My psych evaluation went well, it was Tammie Moore assistant that I talked with and he was great. I haven't decided yet on support groups or the psyc. Yes I am exercising and sleeping alot better too (its amazing). I will keep in touch and try to reply this weekend. Good Luck and much success!!! My prayers are with you.

Back home but very tired cant sleep at night will phone doctor but they had it all wrong in hosp, my med they didn't give me the right stuff so was not doing good in there,was so happy to get out I find I can eat a lot more then I thought I could,its applesauce ,cottage cheese,cream soups,pea soup stained I had cereal K with apple and strawberries stain all mix half a cup now I put my pills in the A sauce to melt that works better falling to sleep thanks for your note

Topic: Let's talk loose skin
My surgery date is April 30, 2009. I'd like to hear from people that have had surgery whether loose skin or saggy skin what ever you want to call it was a problem for you? I also want to know if you exercised while loosing or not? I'm on day 7 of my 2 week pre-op liquid diet. I have lost 12 lbs. as of yesterday. (haven't weighed today yet) I'm vigorously exercising though at home & at the athletic club. Thanks

1st goal to be under 200. Done! 2nd goal to be just obese. Third goal is to be under 170 by Thanksgiving 2009. I Pray I can make it. I know the Lord will help me through this.
