I just wanted to post a GOOD SKILLS and Congratulations to everyone having surgery in April. You are making a choice to take control of your food problem. People may judge the choice you are making to deal with it but forget them,  just be proud that you are dealing with it. Millions never do.

It won't be easy, it won't be quick, but it will change your life.

Be well and for the love of Pete _be compliant_! 

I'm serious Vitamins _every_ day_  , protein before carbs, move daily and it will happen and you will move towards your goal.

Each time you take a sip of that nasty protein drink is one more step towards your goal. When you are wondering if you can take one more sip of soup, you can. When you are wondering if your going bald, you might be, but change is hard and this is a marathon people. A rest of your life marathon where you get into shape as you run it.
Stalls are inevitable, take the long view on your health and spend the energy on something more important like how you are going to pay for the Vitamins...:)

 1st goal to be under 200. Done!  2nd goal to be just obese. Third goal is to be under 170 by Thanksgiving 2009. I Pray I can make it. I know the Lord will help me through this.
