Post op!

Well, I got my LapBand yesterday and it was a breeze!  I got to the hospital at 9am and was headed back home at 5:15pm.  My pain is minimal and I'm taking clear liquids with no problem.  I've even been able to take a shower already today!  Looking forward to hearing how everyone else did yesterday - I know there were several of us!

I have my surgery in one week and I am so excited.  I have sleep apnea so I have to stay in the hospital overnight.  Everyone talks about the gas afterwards- how is yours? 

It's not too bad - I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but honestly I don't think that's why.  I've been up walking around, walked to the corner this afternoon, and that helped a lot.  I have very noisy "gurgling" in my guts, though, which is pretty weird but not painful.
