Everything else I already have/on hand, or can pick up easily at Walmart. Thanks for mentioning the liquid Tylenol and Gas X - I would have forgotten those! I still need a vitamin, too, but want to ask the dietitian about that when I see her on Monday.
I remember having a food grinder when my daugter was a baby - we took it to restaurants so that she could eat what we were having. I may pick up one of those - it would be easy to make a small portion for myself and easy to clean, too!
1. what are davinci sf syrups and what do you use them for?
2. ice cube trays...what are you using them for?
3. what is CIB?
4. what is alba shake mix?
5. what is PB2?
hope i don't sound like a big dummy? but i want to be prepared too :)
1. davinci syrups are sugar free flavorings you can add to just about everything to change it up once in a while. i have white chocolate, rasberry, caramel, and french vanilla. Use it in oatmeal, shakes, yougart etc. there is also a brand called torani that can be found in the coffes section.
2. ice cube trays were recommended at a support meeting i attended as 1 cube is approximatly 1 oz. if you make a larger portion (or open a can of soup) you can divide it up and freeze into 1oz portions.
3. carnation instant breakfast... my nut has me drinking this or alba shake mix 2x a day after surgery... tastes like chocolate milk but be sure to get no sugar added.
4. Alba is just like CIB but thicker more like a shake... not as easy to find... only 1 out of 7 markets by me have it.
5 PB2 is powdered peanut butter... when they squish peanuts for peanut oil what is left they grind up into powder. so it is penuts minus all the oil.. yummy
